You’ll experience several projects, gaining broad knowledge and skills across various business areas allowing you to grow professionally and build your business acumen. Accord is committed to supplementing your on-the-job learning with formal technical and business domain training. You will work closely with your graduate mentor to produce a training plan to help you achieve your potential as a member of our team.

We are always looking to hear from graduates from a variety of STEM degree backgrounds. We welcome candidates who have strong analytical skills, are hard-working, possess good problem solving ability and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
