Celebrating EO Day 2025 - #eoSmile

Earlier this week Accord recognised Employee Ownership Day 2025 and to mark the occasion we hosted a cake celebration in our Aberdeen office.

The theme of the day this year is "Smile" and at Accord we have lots of reasons to smile, especially as 2025 is our 15th year anniversary of being an employee-owned business.

For the past 15 years we've worked together, as co-owners as well as colleagues, to develop a workplace and business we take pride in every day. Being employee-owned has helped inspire shared purpose, openness and inclusion - and gives each of us the opportunity to help shape the future direction of the company.

We're proud of the work we've done and excited about what lies ahead in the next 15 years.

To everyone in our team: thank you for bringing your energy, ideas, and ownership to work every day. You’re the reason we smile — today and always.

Many thanks to the Cranna family for baking such creative and delicious cakes - they were an extra special reason to smile.
